To express what it was like to be at the
Women of Faith Conference,
This picture
(from the cover of their brochure)
says it all!
The time there was filled with
laughter,
music,
drama
tears of joy,
tears of compassion,
and
an undeniable desire
by a group of
wonderful
down- to -earth girlfriends
to share the love and
grace and
mercy
of a Savior
we dare to call
friend.

AWESOME.
Thank you, ladies.
Thank you, Jesus.
Love Women of Faith! If anyone in the DFW needs a little dose of Christmas cheer - Patsy Clairmont (one of the WOF) will be speaking about Christmas at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, TX on December 8th at 7:00. Desserts will be served afterwards. It is always a wonderful time of laughter and warmth!

Dear heart,
ReplyDeleteI am in tears as I read your comments; I so DO NOT FEEL like a good teacher. Do you ever feel times when you are overwhelmed and that you have made some mistakes in your assessments or teaching? The thing about teaching is that it is more than a job; it is a living and breathing practice and you are so connected to it. Perhaps I am just tired, but next week is the last of conferences and I have really learned so much so far conferencing with more families, less time and with my team teacher who is nothing short of brilliant. Oh, what a job......HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!! Anita
Happy Thanksgiving Susan.
